Download Print and sign the SAPPA Constitution document. Write your name and surname on the first page, initials on every page and please sign in full on the final page.

Calibration/Functionality Certificate - The movement sensors / seat sensors – which form part of the testing hardware - must be included in all functionality tests. If a certificate is needed contact SAPPA Admin for appointments. Once applications are approved it is required to update certificates, every 6 months.
